This company was founded in 1996 by CEO Hector MacLeod and is based in Soho, London. As well as this office, Glassworks also has offices in Amsterdam.
'Glassworks was launched as a modern post-production facility supplying high-end digital animation and visual effects expertise for the production of creative content, from award-winning commercials to film, promos and digital material'
Glassworks currently have 60 staff using the best equiptment to produce their work. These include 6 Flames, 3 Smokes, 5 Flints, Telecine, 2 Avids, 1 Final Cut Pro suite, 40 3D stations (30 seats in London and 10 in Amsterdam) and a Shake Farm.
It seems that Glassworks are proud of a large variety of their work and their client base includes companies such as Guiness, Sony Ericcson, Pepsi and Sprite. They also produced the music video for Bjork's 'All is full of Love'

Glassworks have won many awards, including a BAFTA, several Cannes Lion awards, a couple of D&AD's and even an MTV awards for best SFX in a video, given for the one above.
Yet again, with such impressive work, i knew this company from its work as opposed to its name, most notable, the Bjork video and the Churchill ads. There portfolio of work also includes numerous other things some of which i recognise, others i dont. Its good to see a company with a large range of work which the client has been pleased with in order for them to return numerous times.
